It lets you activate/deactivate the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard.

ScrollLock is a very simple tool, totally for free, that lets you control the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard.

With ScrollLock you can, just by clicking on it, activate the scroll lock. To turn it off you just have to click on it again.

However, ScrollLock can also be run from the Windows command line or from an MSDOS environment. The command parameters would be scrolllock.exe On, to activate it, and scrolllock.exe off, to disable it.

Being able to run from the command line means that ScrollLock is an ideal tool to be referenced by programmers from their applications.
